They wanted us to build a sophisticated web portal, the first of its kind in the industry with an exclusive option of bidding for the projects. Giving life to this unique idea and educating people about this opportunity are the primary challenges.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The-Strategy\"><\/span>The Strategy<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>After a thorough market analysis, we noticed web portals with a similar business model, striving to showcase the portfolio of people aspiring to be artists. We understood that one thing that sets Castle Audi apart from other similar portals is, the individuals have the freedom to bid for the projects they like! We positioned Castle Audi as a people oriented platform.<\/p>\n<p>Adding more power to this initiative, we gave a provision for the opportunity providers to create their own profile. With that, they can analyze the bids they received for their projects.
