There were no dedicated pages for most services, very little information about doctors, and no clear pathways for patients to make contact. Mobile responsiveness was poor, and there were no tools to build patient confidence, such as testimonials or visual proof of infrastructure.
From an SEO perspective, the site was not structured to support discoverability, which meant the hospital was missing out on organic traffic from patients actively searching for orthopedic care in Chennai. We needed to rebuild both the user experience and the technical foundation of the website from the ground up.

Brand Identity and Design
We began by establishing a design direction rooted in the hospital’s identity. The brand’s signature green was used consistently throughout the UI to evoke trust, calm, and cleanliness.

Virtual Tour Experience
Understanding that visual familiarity plays a crucial role in healthcare decision-making, we introduced a virtual tour feature. The website menu was also designed in such a way that all the specializations where visible in one single click.

We created a dedicated profile page for Dr. Sivamurugan to highlight his legacy, leadership, and role in guiding the hospital forward. We also created individual profiles for key consultants. These profiles highlight the doctor’s qualifications, areas of specialization, photographs, and OP timings.
Patients can book appointments directly from the profile. This feature allows prospective patients to connect with the people behind the care, making the experience more personal and trustworthy.
Social Proof with Patient Testimonials
To reinforce patient confidence, we built two types of testimonial sections. One is a written testimonials page, showcasing stories shared by patients across various treatments.
The second is a video testimonial gallery, offering real voices and faces to back the hospital’s reputation. These sections give visitors real-world proof of care outcomes and satisfaction.
Easy Access Call-to-Actions
On the engagement front, we made it easier for patients to act. Multiple CTAs were integrated throughout the site.
