The Challenge
AbhiJewels, one of India’s Largest Manufacturers of Diamond and Gold Jewellery, approached us for creating an eCom portal for their business. The mission is to create a place where people can come to find and discover anything they might want to buy in Jewellery. The founders are an eclectic mix of people from the domains of jewelry manufacturing, E-commerce, and banking. They wanted the web portal to be built in a robust canvas, accommodating a large number of products with intriguing photos, triggering the sales.
The Strategy
We built a highly customizable web portal to accommodate 5000+ products. Apart from having the standard features like faster checkout, tracking the orders, wish list creation, etc., we went an extra mile and created an inventive concept called AbhiJewels Brand Ambassador (ABA).
Anyone who registers on the website will act as a brand ambassador for the brand. Once they refer to their friends, they can reap attractive and exclusive benefits. Along with this, there are various other customer-centric reward programs to attract the crowd.
The Results
Since the entire website is mobile responsive, it gained more views even from the handy gadgets. People welcomed the strong portfolio of the brand as the site now displays 4000+ products without a glitch. The provision to see the product from different angles elevated the reliability factor of online jewelry shopping.
