About The Client:
KiVi, an Agritech company encourages farmers to boost agriculture through technology. The start-up helps farmers to procure input, market output, implement economical agricultural practices, and obtain financial services for strengthening their livelihood choice.
KiVi’s valuable propositions include an exclusive digital platform and a local network, KiviStar to connect farmers in the remotest areas for accessing services offered by the network.
The AgriTech start-up approached team Pixel Studios, for a faster, mobile-responsive, UX/UI-friendly website that helps in giving wings to KiVi’s vision of increasing the farmers’ income by 10x.
Our Approach:
To begin with, our team, at Pixel Studios, had discovery meetings with the client to understand their customers, products/services and other specific requirements that give an idea about the goal, objectives, vision, and mission of the start-up. This helped our team to arrive at the content & creative strategies.
The following activities were included
- Online research on competitor websites and other industry-related websites to understand their language and way of communication.
- Arrived at the finalised site map, after multiple iterations with the client to address different pages for different user groups.
- Crafted a neat UI-friendly website that stands unique in the market and appeals to the partners and investors.
- Page construction with appropriate images & user-friendly content was undertaken with constant testing for engagement.
- Carried out third-party integrations like google maps, email, and social media pages.
- Added a social gallery to their website.
- Optimized the website for speed and On-Page SEO.
- Ensured mobile responsiveness at every stage of development.
- Google Analytics was integrated to regularly manage the website’s performance.
Challenges Solved:
The client shared their methodology in a PPT to explain their services & processes, during the discovery phase. The slide image is given below.
After multiple iterations, we arrived at the illustration below to explain their processes in a simpler way. We also chose to give a non-interactive animation for users to understand various stages (phases) of engagement the client has with their customers.
Result:
The effective campaign approach from September 20, 2021, to November 4, 2021, raised the brand’s awareness and increased the in-store visits besides fetching
- The website was well received by the client & their customers.
- The website scored a good ranking on speed & consistently maintained mobile responsiveness across device screens.
- The website’ UI is neat & simple, providing easy access to information for partners and investors.
- The average session lasts for 3.30 mins & the average no. of pages is more than 2 with a bounce rate less than 40%.
Conclusion:
