The Opportunity:
The client wanted to make a difference in selling kitchen appliances online. The frequent internal meetings and the engagement with the client have enabled us to draw a picture of what exactly the client wants to offer their customers and how they want to reach their audience through online and dealer stores.
The Support Rendered:
Based on the requirements, we modified their website’s mixer grinder category, ‘Vidiem By You’ that provides all the easy options for customising the mixer grinder online. We also gave suggestions to the client on making the customised product available at dealer stores for prominent visibility and easy access to people of all strata.
The customization concept enabled the customers to match their mixers to their kitchen theme by
- Allowing the customers to choose the body and design of the mixer from the array of colours available.
- Not limiting the number of jars that can be chosen or provided. The customer has the freedom to choose as many jars as they want, in many shapes and sizes, depending on their needs and convenience. They can also buy the same jar with the same handle and lid in many numbers.
- Flexing the limit to choose the motor power of the mixer grinder. Customers can choose the motor power by considering the aspects like faster processing/grinding, optimal power consumption, and the handling of the load by the jar.
- Enabling the engraving of special messages, text, or names on the body/base of the mixer grinder for gifting or for personal use.

The effective campaign approach from September 20, 2021, to November 4, 2021, raised the brand’s awareness and increased the in-store visits besides fetching
