When India’s Largest Contract Manufacturer of Personal Care Products, Clarion Group commenced its operations in 1993, little did it anticipate a surge in demand for hygienic products in early 2020! However, the age-old old brand had enough experience and expertise up its sleeve.
Clarion went on to launch SwiftKleen, with a range covering multiple SKUs in Hand Hygiene and Kitchen Hygiene. Sooner, Clarion quickly ramped up its range to include more sizes and variants in response to the surge in demand during the pandemic.
When the company approached us for a share of the eCommerce pie, we were extremely responsive. We applied key insights from our design thinking methodology to our in-depth understanding of the online space to launch the new range aggressively. What followed was an aesthetic eCommerce platform that witnessed an upswing in online demand.
