The decade-old Chennai-based producer of packaged ethnic food, Mambalam Iyers Food Products, opened their first exclusive offline outlet in the year 2018. The newly launched store showcased the company’s trademark condiments – pickle, rice mix, squashes, appalam, idly and adai dosai mix – to offer nutritious food for customers in a fast-paced world.
The high-quality brand of choice from the house of Clarion, had another objective – to create ripples in the online consumer market with a result-driven e-commerce presence.
When Pixel Studios took over the digital mandate for the launch of their first food product client, the challenges was three-fold. Solving technical difficulties in the existing digital platform, efficient product management, and bringing new enhancements.
