Dodla, a Dairy manufacturing company, has been one of the leading players for over two decades now. With a presence across 11 states, Dodla had been doing tremendously well offline, but hesitant to embrace ‘Social Media. Continuous shifts in the marketing landscape however told a different story. Dodla Dairy had to find newer ways to adapt to evolving consumer behaviour and engage with them by leveraging Social Media marketing.
The Scenario
Social Media is an absolute necessity for businesses to thrive in the current environment. Recent statistics say that over 53% of people are on social media and if you don’t have an effective social media strategy then your brand will suffer.
Dodla was growing exponentially and capturing chunks of the market share. However, going against behemoth competitors was not an easy task. Dodla needed to re-invent strategies and they had to do it quickly. They had to get a better product reach and increase brand awareness and visibility online, much as they did offline.
The competition was fierce considering every other dairy brand was already doing well on social media. Dodla had to step up and create engagement via social media channels.

The task was simple, the contestant who drank an entire glass of milk in the quickest time was declared the winner. Three lucky winners got a year’s supply of free milk!
