The client we’re highlighting in this case study is Hitwin Healthcare, a strong player in the healthcare industry with considerable experience behind them. Hitwin wanted a major revamp of all their digital assets and collateral, let’s take a look into what we were able to do for this client.

The Client
Hitwin Healthcare Pvt Ltd is a premier healthcare company located in Chennai with over ten years of experience in the healthcare niche. They specialize in providing a wide range of products and services from renowned brands such as Trivitron Healthcare, Akas Infusions, and Invacare, among others.
Hitwin Healthcare’s team comprises experienced professionals with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the latest trends in medical technology. Their goal is to meet the needs of patients in both institutional and homecare settings, delivering high-quality medical equipment that is robust and reliable.
The Challenges
Our team had several things to accomplish throughout the course of this project. We had to revamp the entire website to modern web standards and update the design. We also needed to work on website navigation to ensure customers could traverse the website easier. The website needed better SEO performance through optimization and more engagement with better CTAs (Call to Action).
The client also wanted a more dynamic website that was mobile-friendly. They wanted to ensure that the website was fully responsive and provided a seamless experience on all devices. These requirements meant that our team would have to build a completely new website for the client.
The Process
The team was excited about the opportunity to work in the healthcare industry. The client had not received satisfactory responses from any of its digital collateral. Rather than trying to build on an unstable foundation, our goal was a complete revamp of anything digital associated with the brand.
We strongly felt that the benefit of this complete revamp would far outweigh the effort. Based on the inputs about the brand guidelines from the clients, We were able to deliver the marketing collateral that would resonate with the brand guidelines.
Here are some of the aspects we were able to affect changes to –
- The initial brief was critical to the project's success, given the complexities of the niche and the fact that Hitwin offered a considerable breadth of equipment and services. The discovery phase with the Hitwin team gave us a lot of insights and helpful information about the industry and its role.
- One of the prime directives of the client was that they needed a completely new website. This was not just about the look and feel but also revamping the code base. Our team evaluated the existing website's layout and functionality based on the client's needs and redesigned it to improve user navigation and product discoverability. Our team created a new responsive framework for the website that adapts correctly to any screen size and also ensured it adhered to the latest web standards.
- The client was also experiencing low conversion rates on the website. Our team focused on improving the user interface and user experience ( UI/UX ) to enhance the performance of critical pages on the website. This included designing clear and compelling calls-to-action (CTAs) that were strategically placed in prominent locations to increase conversions and engagement.
- The client had feedback from customers that their website's mobile experience was mediocre. Also, their team was having trouble updating product pages and content on the website. In order to address this issue and make uploading products easier, we also enabled a new backend CMS that made batch uploading products simpler and quicker.
The Experience
Even though our major clients have been from the healthcare industry, this was a definite learning experience, especially for some of our newer members. The Hitwin team was patient with all our questions and ensured we had a thorough understanding of their products and services. At the end of the engagement, we delivered a completely new website with improved UI/UX and improved website standards to the client.
Even though they have been established since 2008, we worked on completely revamping all their digital assets. Because of the project’s demands, we had to involve all our teams in delivering the goods. Our team always looks forward to working with brands that benefit humanity.
