What started as a humble beginning with the creation of a basic web page with job listings to attract prospective talent, soon led to a game-changing technological idea for their business.
The “outdated” problem
Quite thrilled by the look and feel of their brand new website designed by Pixel Studios, the Company opened up to us about a rather outmoded problem. Multiple recruiters within the system were still using on-premise tools available on their local computers to process and store incoming candidate information. Quite often, some of those applications would remain unnoticed by recruiters of other relevant departments within the organization for days, sometimes months together. Additionally, day-to-day processes were manual in nature and hence, painstakingly difficult to handle.
Our “game-changing” solution
At Pixel Studios, we broke down the herculean task – of getting multiple recruiters within the organisation to capture and share real-time information with actionable insights and full visibility on the state of their processes – with a single, seamless digital solution.
We designed a cloud-based application that centralized their database, triggered online discussions between recruiters, enabled real-time profiling and tracking of applications, and generated custom reports to track results – eventually driving better internal communication, increased efficiency and productivity and clear MIS reports on revenue data as part of business outcomes. The solution was well received in terms of its scalability and extensibility by both the client’s B2B and B2C businesses.
Today, the solution has become the backbone of core business processes that propels the Company towards organizational excellence.
